Flea Bea Photography is copy righted by Me (Calida Elliott) i am the owner, and i do own the website, and the photographs that are taken by myself on photoshoots, all packages are copy righted by me aswell.
Clients of Flea Bea Photography are allocated a 1 hour photoshoot, at their chosen destination, and also a 30 minute viewing time a week or a further date after their photoshoot, dates and times will be discussed from myself and the client.
In no circumstances should anyone be copying my photographs, unless you have permission from me.
I may post photographs as advertisment with my logo, or without my logo, but these images are still copy righted by Flea Bea Photography, and should not be edited or cropped or used by anyone else.
I will usually put photographs up on my facebook page, and my website if you do NOT wish for this to happen, please advise me of this on the day of the photoshoot.
All payments must be paid upfront before the photoshoot commences.
i do accept laybys, but full payment must be made before any images are distributed to you. and $50 or 50% deposit to be made straight away, 6 weeks the layby will be held, if no payments are made within that 6 weeks, layby will be cancelled and deposit will NOT be refunded.
My services are professional, and i provide best quality photos, and i tend to keep them that way. if a client in the end if not happy with the quality of photos, a refund will not be made.. unless decided by me the photographer.
in case of damage or loss of images, as software and computers do so, clients will be noted straight away, and refunds may be done if you are not wanting to do another photoshoot, if you are wanting another photoshoot then a new photoshoot and viewing time will be booked in for you.
Flea Bea Photography is entitled to keep a diary of clients contacts, and clients are to be sure of keeping myself updated with their new contacts details.
Flea Bea Photography will hold competitions every now and again, giving freebies away, for you and your friends, or will have a nomination night competition where you nominate someone you think deserves a free photoshoot.

Volunteer modelling
Flea Bea Photography may need models, from time to time in helping with advertising and competitions that are held, models must be voluntary, and contracts will be signed, these include for me the owner of Flea Bea Photography, to post the models photographs in any competition, or advertising... such as TV, magazine, etc that comes up.
UNDERAGE models, will need a parent/guardians signature provided before commencement of being one of my models.
Models will also receive photographs of themselves modelling, in return for my need for their photographs for my business.
